What information is available for auction properties?
Each property has its own Listing Details Page (LDP), where a potential investor can view all relevant details and register to bid.
On the Listing Details Page
On the LDP, a buyer can view property photos, detailed property information and descriptions, specific auction and offer details, auction start and end dates, financing information, relevant contacts for the property, and due diligence documents. To view due diligence for a property, you must have a LoopNet account and be logged in.
Contact the Listing Broker
Almost every property or loan (note) LoopNet brings to market on the platform is represented by a third-party professional listing broker. These brokers can help buyers fully understand each investment opportunity since they are intimately familiar with the listed property and have knowledge of local market conditions.
Although LoopNet provides a secure document data room with the due diligence materials that a prudent buyer might want, we recommend investors contact the listing broker for unique insight into the property and guidance on the buying process. All contact information for the assigned listing broker is provided on the listing details page.
To assist the listing brokers in the sales process, LoopNet also designates an expert platform specialist for each listing. These specialists can help investors with a variety of tasks, including creating accounts, finding the due diligence documents, registering for an auction, placing a bid, and providing closing assistance.
The contact information for the assigned LoopNet specialist is located at the bottom of the LDP.
