Buy Now — How do I purchase a Buy Now property?

1. Log in to your LoopNet account.

   

   You must have a LoopNet account to purchase a Buy Now property.

   
   

2. Sign the Confidentiality Agreement (CA) and view the property's due diligence.

   

   You can find this on the property's listing page. Once you've signed the CA, you'll be able to see the Buy Now price and the Buy Now end time.

   
   

3. Click the Buy Now button on your chosen property's listing page.

   

   You must be logged into your LoopNet account, registered, and approved to bid on the property.

   
   

4. Securely link your bank account via Stripe to verify your proof of funds.

   

   Your proof of funds must be equal to or exceed the Buy Now price.

   
   

5. Complete your transaction within 10 minutes to secure the deal.

   

   If you have a problem or exit the buying process during your 10-minute window, you can click the Buy Now button on the LDP to return to the buying process.
